Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping will be arranged upon completion of the order via LTL freight.
• Shipping insurance coverage will be included.

  Delivery Inspection & Damage Claims

  • Please inspect the shipment for any visible damage BEFORE signing the delivery receipt/BOL.
  • If any damage is found, note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Take photos and videos of the packaging, product, and any visible damage as supporting evidence for insurance purposes.
  • Any shipping damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for insurance coverage.
